Salem Area Young Professionals

70 Young Professionals were on hand the evening of January 24th to participate in "directional seminars" at West Salem Roth's. YoungPros were given the opportunity to listen to 2 of 4 speakers/topics featured. A special thanks to our four speakers for their efforts in providing advice and their contact information for those in attendance.

Featured speakers included Rosi Green (breakout session pictured at right) who spoke on marketing yourself, Dirk Pierson of Salem Legal Group on the topic of choosing a business entity, Alex Sheppard of the H Group, Inc. speaking to planning your financial future, and Mary Carter of Saalfeld Griggs on contracts associated with buying and/or selling property.

Tom Hoffert, Chair of the Young Professionals (pictured at left), encouraged those in attendance to sign up early for next month's first Young Professionals luncheon taking place on Thursday, February 23rd from 11:45am -1:15pm at j.james Restaurant in Downtown Salem. Due to space limitations, only 60 seats will be available. Lunch will cost $15 and includes gratuity. Prepayment and reservations are required.
