About 35 YoungPros signed up to check out the Battlecreek Courthouse Atheltic Club on Tuesday, February 6th. Some healthy appetizers (fruit and veggies of course) and bottled water was on hand thanks to Roth's Fresh Markets as YoungPros gathered for one of two event options in the month of February of '07.

Making us feel right at home was General Manager of the Courthouse Athletic Clubs John Miller as well as Manager of the Battlecreek club Jeff Thomas.

Karen Clifford (pictured at left), Personal Training Director for the Courthouse gave a quick talk on Nutrition with some helpful tips to stay healthy, even with a fast food joint on every corner.

Joining Karen was Matt Turnquist, Head Personal Trainer at the South River Road location who spoke on how to stick with a consistent exercise regiment.

With Karen's nutrition advice and Matt's fitness tips, YoungPros were ready to put those words of wisdom into action!

The Courthouse opened up their facility for YoungPros to workout as they wanted, take a tour, or join the Group Power workout program for the evening.

Amy LeFore (pictured below), one of your YoungPro Leadership Team members, took the Group Power challenge along with some others.

The second YoungPro event in February is taking place at the West Salem Viticulture Center over breakfast. Join business leaders Dick Withnell, Dave Hafner, and Terri Frohnmayer as they share their stories of gaining credibility and achieving success in their industries.
