Salem Area Young Professionals

Salem YoungPros had the chance to relive childhood memories at July's event or for some, experience Enchanted Forest for the first time. From 5-6pm on July 25th, YoungPros were given special bands to enjoy the rides of their choice at the amusement park just outside south Salem.

Also included as part of the event was catering from Roth's and a short talk by creator of Enchanted Forest Roger Tofte (pictured below) who shared some of the struggles of financing the vision for the park early on.

"Going into debt was not an option," said Tofte speaking to the steps taken to first turn his dream into reality. "We built a little at a time as money was saved."

Next month in August, YoungPros will take to the YWAM Ropes Course in South Salem for $10 a person. The great rate includes pizza, ice cold water and our activities which will require teamwork and build relationships amongst YoungPros.
